Waited a few minutes, no proprietor at the little window (little window = good sign). One of the providers stuck her head around the door, and quoted $60 house fee for 30 minutes.
In the interest of holding the line for the 30 min house fee at $40, maybe $50, I TOFTT and turned tail, turning down tail.
