Since then I have talked to him, former cops, defense lawyers, retired prosecutors, and judges (sooner or later somebody from every walk of life stays at the Monger Mansion in Buenos Aires) and have come around to his line of thinking. One of the defense lawyers actually was rubbing his hands together in anticipation at the idea of cross examining a SW on the stand, I shit you not, it is HIGHLY unlikely and the value of the report does't outweigh the damage to reputation from douchebags that say it because they don't like the girl.
If somebody can make a compelling argument as to why we should change this rule that doesn't include the above PM me and I'll take it to el Jeffe.
