That LE may be starting to hit AMPs because of political pressure from politicians in bed with militant feminists and religious prudes. We all have to be careful. However, your information lacks credibility if the busts are not broadcasted with fanfare on the news. Bad publicity for AMPs is what the activists want to push their ideological agenda.
If your information is not correct, and is just false rumors and hearsay, then your post is NOT harmless. It hurts the business of the establishment you have mentioned.
Just read a brief report on hawaiinewsnow. Com about 4 massage parlors that got raided on Friday night. No names of places given but the report did say they were all on ward ave, and pictures of gq and pink were shown. Said 6 arrests were made, sounds like all were employees. Sorry not more details avail. Be careful out there my friends.

General media have both resource and time limitations. Maybe finding out about the Thursday raids after the fact made them tag along with HPD on Friday. I did a web search for arrests at some of the addresses and came up with names, mostly Korean, but did not want to pay for details to see if they were current activity. I think there is a fair time lag on these commercial sites. HPD does not release arrest reports to unrelated parties. It is also possible that there were no arrests. I have been told that in a lot of these raids HPD is looking for girls on old warrants. If the girl is not there, no arrest.
With respect to harm to business, you may have noticed that at the places that are not 24/7 a lot of providers stayed home the last two nights so even of Ocolumbo does not believe, it seems most providers do. The biggest harm to business is if nobody is working.

Info from a provider with confirmation from another provider about a bust at their own place? Why would they provide that info? About neighbors and other competitors? Not credible information going into not credible report, especially when there is nothing else to substantiate rumors and hearsay. Highly unlikely that coordinated busts at multiple places would not be reported on the news. Every reason for LE and media to have media coverage of such a crackdown. And with APEC coming and political pressure from HB240, crackdowns are probably being planned as we speak. Everybody needs to be extra careful.

T6650: I think your post about the busts was useful. I also got confirmation from a provider that busts had happened.
Nice to know if LE increase their enforcement or not, even if all the details in your post may not be correct.
Each of us can make our own choice based on the report, whether it is avoiding the busted places, or, go there NOW - after all, what are the chances the same place get busted a week later?,
or be cautious and cut back on visits.
