OC Vietnamese coffee shops

This is the most consistent and fun place to go year after year. Lu is just ok now, their heyday IMHO was 5+ years ago. But, if someone catches your eye and is friendly with you, it makes a whole world of difference on your opinion of the place. Enjoy yourself!

Seen but never tried the coffee houses in Little Saigon or GG or anywhere. What are they about? What do you do there? And $$.

I'm bit of a loner tbh, or at least when it comes to the hobby here. Will it be off if I just come and bring in a laptop to do some work and just enjoy the eye candy while sipping on overpriced coffee?

I've seen plenty of guys bring their laptops. If they don't know you, they may sit next to you and check out what kind of work you are doing. I've seen guys bring in their own food, books, cards, etc. Just bring a lot of dollar bills or get change. Most of these places expect you to tip as they refill your waters.

But, I looked and saw a bunch of average looking white girls, some were even fat. What the hell LOL? Yeah, there are some Viet cuties in there, but I was take aback by the unimpressive white girls.
