I'm originally from Fort Lauderdale and I must say that I expected way more from Chicago. Even if we compare the number of posts in this Chicago forum to the ones in Fort Lauderdale or Miami, they pale in comparison. Guys that look like they can and will pay the fines are popped more easily I would think (nice car, clothes). The cpd have what was known as "operation angel" as I heard that term several times w / some officers I knew as friends when I was hanging downtown. What I never found out if that was for internet or the street. I am thinking the former.

One is in washington dc and the other in pittsburgh and east as in ny area, but I am in chi town so it's difficult at best. Plus travel, food, accommodations and the girl's fee. It adds up on a retiree's money. However, I know that the girl in the pic is the girl I will meet and they have kept updating their pix. Not for everyone and really I am just starting out and plan on seeing one in October so I will report in.
