Can someone please tell me the supposed purpose of the multi-call system to set up an appointment. If traveling, best to find the local sites in the local language and many times the google translate helps.

Problem is that locals in those countries mispell or use slang so sometimes google translate doesn't work as well in those instances.

But, unlike the lame reviews in this town, many european sites force you to write a review, put the link to the provider, and rate the provider. This way, even if you don't speak a lick of the language, you get an idea who are the reliable providers.
