Fetanyl use is definitely increasing with the girls out there. I picked up two girls in the past couple days who both smoked blues. One of them smelled horribly so. Both didn't look like fetanyl users. You wouldn't have suspected unless you knew what they smelled like. I also picked up a white girl near Oak Tree Plaza a few weeks go who was a bomb shell and she also smelled like blues. The girls working south of Dunn Lumber typically are users. I've been watching the street underdog videos on YouTube. You guys are famous. I have never seen this much talent out in the open. Seattle seems so permissive. What's the deal? Progressive politics? Decriminalization? Or, did the cops just stop giving a shit?

I know I'm usually one of the few who bears bad news here, but those girls out on Aurora in Seattle are largely untalented. They excel at dressing-up and looking good, but that's really about it. High-rate for diminished and limited services and all with a timer running. They've seriously removed all remaining joy out of it. If merely being in the presence of a younger hot girl in a thong is your only requirement for shooting your load, then you'll love it. Anything else is almost to the point of being a rip-off. They seem to be, in my opinion, even more limited this year than past years. The city has also increased their sting operations, but it won't be stings which deter activity and kill the stroll, it'll be the attitude and services of these younger girls. When they milk it for all it's worth, they'll simply leave to somewhere else. The best bang for your buck is to stay home and jerk-it to those videos because the real thing isn't really worth it. That's my opinion, LOL.

That being said, I did go out for a bit the other night and counted about 30 girls. Seemed to be a lot of guys out there cruising. Whenever I pulled-up to hot girls on corners they'd immediately turn their backs or quickly walk away. My mother always said I was a nice-looking man, so that confused me. My mother wouldn't ever lie. So I ran into a regular girl I'd been seeing for about two years and she told me that the girls out there think I'm one of the guys shooting footage for those YouTube videos. Okay, so I finally snared a unicorn. I wasn't even out looking, swear I wasn't, I was just heading to somewhere else. I approached Aurora from a side-street and when I got to the stop sign at AA a hottie BSW in skimpy lingerie stepped-out of the shadows and up to my window. First girl who hasn't run from me all week. She had long curly hair (probably a wig), about 5' 2' but wearing big stripper heels. Nearly nothing lingerie piece which didn't really cover anything. I've decided quite a while ago to avoid any SW who works the areas near the motels and up to Lowes /127th. Almost always a guarantee to be a bad time. I finally decided to consult a lawyer who handles a lot of these cases about what happens if I'm ever caught-up in a sting around here. I was told that SPD doesn't typically record stings, something which I just assumed they did so that was quite a surprise to me. So an undercover can use forceful techniques and it's basically on the john to prove entrapment. Apparently people who aren't even looking for a date and just engage in short conversation with a decoy sometimes get popped. It's their word against yours, but unfortunately courts have a tendency to believe the officers, so apparently it's difficult to get around. It's all about numbers so the city is seen as "doing something" about the problem to residents and business owners in the area (who've all been complaining to the North Precinct lately). I've already known about having the vehicle impounded which is $1000 and which also goes straight to the vice or victims unit or whatever they're calling it these days. Seattle almost always offers a deal which result in the cases being dismissed after taking john school classes, some of which are up to 40 hours. It's a very low-level misdemeanor, one of the lowest around, but the city wants it to have more impact because they have such a problem out there since they've repealed the loitering laws. They're trying to deal with the situation so they've prioritized prosecuting buyers. So that's essentially what I was told. Entrapment is hard to prove. Either way, it's expensive and lengthy to fight-off if one decides to try and take it that far and also more risky to bring before a jury.

I'm not interested in a debate about this, I'm just sharing what I was given during my short time. If you doubt any of this, consult a lawyer yourself. In fact, you should, just so you all understand what can happen and how SPD typically works during a sting. I wasn't going to share because there's always someone who thinks they know better and who wants to be a dick about it. I'm not a lawyer which is why I went and talked to one. I should mention, my last post wasn't aimed squarely at Raven, LOL. I just used his post as a reply to give some context. I'm feeling rather grumpy about the entire scene at the moment, including how the city is handling it.

That being said, I went out for the first time all week just to watch. Not as many girls out there, but I did see some dumbass behavior from guys trying to pick up. I counted five guys who stopped right-lane traffic on Aurora to talk to an SW. How dumb are some of these guys, no wonder so many are getting nabbed in stings, no brains.

This makes me wonder if it is a good idea to have a recording device active when you're soliciting. So if you do get nabbed before you say anything incriminating, you have evidence on your side.

That's actually a question which I asked. I was told that having the recording definitely can't hurt, however it's admissibility to the court can get complicated. It depends on a few factors and each case is different. That opens it's own can of worms which went beyond the scope of our short time. The take-away I got from that is that you can't be smug and assume that just because you have that kind of evidence that it can be used and will save you.

People submit them to police departments and insurance companies all the time. It's been used in the past to prove inappropriate behavior by police and courts have affirmed people's right to record police interactions. I wonder what kind of legitimate challenge to admissibility they can mount if it clearly proves they are lying about the nature of the interaction.

Well so that's the thing, no lawyer anywhere is going to say that having that kind of evidence will save you 100%, slam dunk, case closed. They just aren't going to commit to something like that. It can work in one case and not work in another. It depends upon as many as a lot or as little as a few factors. What those are, I personally don't know. This is the part were discussing this part ad nauseam on a forum when none of us are legal experts will do us any good. You'd have to ask a lawyer, and again that will probably depend upon the situation in which the case occurred. He did say that he's had several cases (not patronizing cases, but DUIs and others) in which they had police blatantly lying on tape and the prosecutor nor the courts would hear it. Once you cross the line and into legal trouble, you leave it to the technicalities of the system to determine what happens to you. You can have all of the evidence in the world, but if you're on the hook for messing with hookers and you don't want your name out there, challenging it will lengthen the time of the case and probably the cost, not to mention the exposure. Appeals could be in order, if it gets to that level, and that's where it gets really expensive. Meanwhile prosecutor comes back with, "do these things and I'll drop the case". Most are just going to do that, even if what happened to them is wrong. Perhaps that isn't you, but it is still a reality for most.

I think that there is a lot which is wrong right now about what's going on in Seattle and the city isn't really looking into the causes nor the effects. They insist that the girls are all victims to the media and the community, but again whenever I do manage to ask random SWs out there if the city has stopped and asked if they need help they all say "no". I 100% believe that. My ex tried to get custody of the kids. I thought it was a simple thing. She had not contacted them in 4 years. She just finished rehab. She was living at the YWCA. I had a high paying job, squeaky clean background, had a large home and the kids were happy. We went for a summary judgement (basically the judge looks at the evidence and makes a ruling without a drawn out trial). The judge congratulated her on completing rehab and scolded me for compiling 30 pages of negative information on her then assigned a social worker to speak to me and her and the kids and determine who the better parent was. So, the attorneys are right, you never know what will happen in court.

Guys please. Don't be fools out there. We will see more of these stings this summer I imagine.

Stay out of the Lowe's parking lot, don't go near Jack in the Box nor Krispy Kreme. Just stay out of the lot altogether. I know they look good standing their in their thongs, but ALL of the stings this year have occurred in that lot. Just don't go in there. I'm going to say it again, stay the [I]fuck[/I] out of that lot. I go through Aurora during evening commute time almost every weeknight and notice that there is a lot of hooker foot traffic between 5-8 pm which is generally when SPD conducts these stings. If you see a lot of hookers out near the motels, near Les Schwab and north of 127th but ONLY ONE hooker on the sidewalk or in the parking lot of Krispy Kreme / Jack in the Box / Lowe's during this time, then that's your cue to most definitely stay out of the fucking lot. SWs have told me that SPD tells them that they have to stay away from that lot when they're doing stings, so again if you see a lot of hookers out there but none of them are near Lowe's, then just go home. I'm going to be a broken record here, but I recently consulted an attorney to get more information about what to do if caught in an SPD sting, and he told me that SPD DOES NOT record their stings. He said that people have been arrested for merely talking to an undercover because there is no recorded evidence and they can use what he called "forceful tactics". So if any of you fuckers thinks that you can go into the Lowe's lot and even just allow yourself to be approached by a decoy even without agreeing to anything, that interaction could still land you in trouble. It's on YOU to prove that you did not agree to any offer once you get taken and apparently that's pretty tough to do without recorded evidence. So just stay the fuck out of there and if you do go in don't talk to anybody who approaches. It's just how it has to be.

I would probably do the same thing in the Oaktree lot near IHOP, at some point they'll probably do stings in there. Just don't talk to any lone SW in a big parking lot.

Went through Thursday around 8:30 pm and saw SPD arresting a fat hooker in red lingerie in front of the Emerald motel. She looked young 20's, long dark hair, probably Latina (but who knows).
