As you can see, opinions vary on each track. The Leonard track is pretty small and there has been a lot of new construction going up so the area is gradually changing. IMO, GR is a pretty weak SW market all together and there could be times you go out for a couple hours and not find anything. I travel a lot so I get my fill on the road so I only check things out now in GR if I have a reason to be in those areas. Maybe you will find it better but I have my doubts.

If you think two junkies with a baggie of heroin sitting in front of them will decide they can't both shoot up because they only have one needle, you haven't seen real addiction. They'll very often keep using the same blunt and broken needles when they can't make it to the exchange.
