I got mine reduced to obstructing traffic, but you got hit harder than me. I did'nt get a loitering ticket, only an ordinance violation. Still cost 400 for lawyer and 385 for fine. Get a good lawyer who knows the Camden legal system. I would not go on recommendations from other members cause every case if different. Probably get just a fine up to 1000. Doubt jail time would be a factor for first offense.

You should look for a lawyer who specializes in handling sex & prostitution related cases. It might be worth a try to get a jury trial. The DA may simply decide that it's to much trouble and drop the case. Your lawyer will probably know and give you some idea what your chances are.

They plea bargin. A jury trial may cost him $10,000. Millions get arrested all over the US and its no big deal.

Its not a pleasant experience to say the least. I agree that plea bargaining is your best bet. Remember that money is what they want most if your an honest person. A good lawyer from Camden area who knows the court system, judge, prosecutors, etc... will go a long way to making this as fast and painless as possible. I would not go alone or they will surely hit you with the max. penalty. Look around and make some phone calls. Lawyers will cost you money, but will make life easier if you get the right one.
