But there are obviously providers and experiences that will command higher rates than your set price because there will be greater demand and shorter supply for that superior provider or service.
Good luck persuading all buyers in the market to conform their spending to your desired limit for a given product or service. There will always be those buyers who insist on obtaining their products / services at any price. You need government enforcement to establish and enforce a price ceiling.

I have my 2 utr's I've had for years and get bargain pricing. Find a couple you click with and just work them a little bit. It does take time to find those atf's.
