When a provider agrees at an agreed on time I expect them to be ready at that time, especially if I give them an hour to get ready.

I get there on time and yeah, she needs 20 minutes more. When I get the green light, this chick puts me through some cloak and dagger nonsense because she did not want to give me her room #. WTF! I have gone through my text log history of past week and no where do I see those rates quoted whatsoever. I have upped my rates 20 due to not being cardates, whichever I feel is fair.
