Had a lazy Wednesday last week so I had a few at OTB and then stopped into Best Massage on 27th St around 5 pm. They were busy, 50's mamsan took me to a room told to undress and relax about 20min left me with a water so I got comfortable and waited about 15 min.

You might want to try AMTA. Unfortunately it might be a little outdated and you have to invest the time and the money but it can be worth it in the long run.
