Absolutely not true, look at Go-Go recently they took 6 months, investigated before indictment, then arrested based on racketeering indictments!! Or Mayflower, Fed trial in March. The culprits at Go-Go were arrested, I. E. Taken away and booked (note the mugshots on the news). There has to be an arrest or special circumstance for a Grand Jury to lay down an indictment. Special circumstance would be like a politician or gov't official abusing power (think Hillary or the HPD Police Chief). The police would have taken you away if they had enough evidence or even probable cause. Based on the fact that they had neither at the time to make an arrest, there is zero chance (legal or in fantasy) that anyone can subpoena you or charge you after the fact. And they don't want you as a witness.

What Kaneshiro wants is to fill up 2 stats in the Uniformed Crime Report (UCR). Both are new stats as of the latest 2015 reporting structure. Commercial Sex Acts and Involuntary Servitude. In the case of both the target is the industry not the customer, even Kaneshiro openly says this. Kaneshiro's goal is to use organized crime laws like racketeering or immigration laws. All he needs is the appearance of an effort, something to make the news. The girls and mama play it off as business as usually because:

Just moved to Hawaii after 30 years in Bangkok. I know the action here is not going to be anywhere near on a par with Thailand, but I would like to know if there are any hooker bars. So I did go down to Waikiki last night and checked out King's Pub. I stayed until 11 pm, and it was woefully short of hookers. There were four ladies sitting at the bar -- two seemed to be tourists and two older locals. I talked to my carrier (AT&T) and they told me my plan is golden. I'm grandfathered into their unlimited everything plan since 2009. However, I just got an email saying they going to up my monthly rate $5.

Just curious (because the guy at AT&T suggested it) how many of you braddahs would pay for my cell phone number? Currently I pay about $100 a month (still have to sort out the credit due to getting the iPhone 7) but yes just interested to see if what that young sales associate said was true.

The places I went to were well away from the downtown metro area (30 plus minute drive). The best ones were all clumped 5 deep (old ward ***** plex style) in a shopping plaza. Honolulu posters complaining about a walk of shame have no idea of hpw good they have it for the most part. I've researched various forums and sites and it seems, HNL, Dallas, San Francisco, NY and LA offer the best along the lines of AMP services we have come to enjoy.
