Those are not my areas but if you read through the applicable MD forums (Montgomery County & Prince George's County) you'll find more info.
My area is Northern VA, which is reachable by Metro for you but it's not a quick trip. Weekends might be easier although the trains run less frequently. You're right that Arlington is huge and providers can be really stupid about how they post their incall location. But Crystal City is one area with lots of girl-friendly hotels within walking distance of the metro. Another is Tyson's Corner and the new Silver Line opens this Saturday which will take you right into the heart of TC. If you spot an interesting provider but her location is unclear, you might just have to call / email / text her to clarify. Asking if she's near a metro station is a question she should be prepared to answer.

Lucky has been in this game way too long. She is just average, especially with her service. If you are looking for an outstanding incredible time, then she is not the one for you. I don't know what the standard is were you're from but here, you have to be either lucky on a first visit or be a recurring customer to get favors that could lead to FS. I would try Eros Guide, they are up front about the services and the pictures while not always accurate, they at least print the names with the pictures so you can ask for a particular girl. If she is not there any longer they will usually tell you.
