You just want to check out the short stretch on Leonard between Alpine and 131. Girls are sometimes in and out of the gas stations on either end of that strip. When you don't find anyone there, hop onto 131, take it to Wealthy, and drive down Division toward 28th Street. The action picks up more the closer you get to Burton, but I've also seen girls on Franklin walking to and from the strip as some of them live in the Eastern and Franklin area.
