It was said that a decent amount of that was going to be used to clean up the " adult industry " in town. It's hard to say if this is part it or not.

Should around 9; deserted. Had Jenny (?). The curious thing was she keep me draped the entire time (went for 30 minutes). Good massage (more than thirty mins for sure) but nothing. I did skip the shower which was probably the issue. But still. Guess I look like a cop. Very, Very strange
