Once in the afternoon on the mauka side of North Pauahi Street, Ewa of Maunakea Street, and another time in the early evening at the North Pauahi / Maunakea intersection. So for mongers who may be interested, it seems that currently the North Pauahi / Maunakea area of Chinatown might be a place to find her.
