But if you are concerned about spouse finding out I suggest going to Wal-Mart and get a prepaid visa card. You can deposit $ onto it at any wal-mart with cash and build your stash like that and you can keep it at work or wherever you wish.

So I need to just do cashback here and there when I go to Walmart for groceries for example. Save up till you have enough. Don't keep the money in your wallet. Keep it somewhere else where she won't find it.

A possible questioning point from the wife might be, why are we getting now $2870 every two weeks as opposed to $2970? I guess a work around would be if you know you're getting an annual raise, have that difference auto-deposited in your new account. One more thing to consider, is get a PO box strictly for any miscellaneous correspondence that the bank / credit union will inevitably send to you. That might be hard to explain away if she see's a Navy Federal annual statement with your name, address, and account balance.

Besides, how do you play that off when she see's a $50 transaction from Shell five days after you "took out $150 cash for gas" visible on the online transactions? My last post about a PO box, auto deposit, etc. Is the safest way IMO; short of getting a divorce. LOL. That debit / ATM card from your hidden account will be kept at work or someplace your wife will NEVER find it. Then when you have time to play, take out some cash and pound away.
