Around 4pm I spotted a WSW off of Harbor and 1st. She was thin to average build, light complexion and had a sort of blondish / reddish hair color. I pulled into a parking lot and she approached my car:

Been checking HB lately during the day with negative results. I used to always be able to spot something in that area between Orangewood and Trask but it has been real dry in the afternoon. Anyway the only thing I came accross was a BSW down by the 405 and HB. She did not appear to be working the street. It looked like she left that motel over by the Hooters and was walking to the store for a drink. Probably a Backpage girl working out of the motel.
I hung around for a little while and soon she was headed back to the motel. I decided to get ahead of her and go park by the motel and maybe intercept her as she headed back to the room, and see whats up. Especially because of LE heat, which is because of the idiots who decide to put kids on the track. So they started pullin over a lot more girls to see if they were minors, and pulling over suspected Pimps when they would ride by with females in the car looking for minors. A few adult SW's got hit with supervising and aiding prostitution, and endangering the welfare of a child when they got stopped and they were with minors who the police believed were out there working. It got ugly for a while. Combine that with all the robberies and gang activity and the community complaints, and enough was enough. On LBB LE would actually drop SW's off at the train station or far end and kick them off the track for a day or two.

I get irritated when the pimps bring unneeded heat and cause problems for the rest of us. I just hate it when the pimps start chasing the girls and causes LE to crack down. I am also a bit surprised to hear from girls how hard the cops crack down in SD and then read about various crack downs through out CA. The cops were citing the girls for any violations and then arresting them when they had outstanding warrants. I am uncertain if this happening elsewhere in CA. But I would not be surprised.

If your cruising the streets with less then a see-note and your thinking about picking up a girl forget it, how can you as a client expect a provider to take care of you and you are not taking care of her? Pay her well and she will play well.
GFE is such a unsafe practice it's like clients don't care about the safety of our monger community practicing such a thing, my advice wrap it up or go thru hell for your foolishness.

I'm not trying to bash your post, but need to give you some honest advice. On the surface you would think "you get what you pay for" also holds true for providers. And while that logic works with most everything else, it's counter-intuitive to the encounter between a provider and her client. Let me explain:
If you pay less it is in the provider's best interest to get you off as quickly as possible. Giving lousy service would only increase the time she spends with you. Giving good technique is more likely to speed things along.
Secondly, while the girls love to say they will treat you EXTRA special for additional $, in reality all of these girls go into some kind of odd hypnotic drone-like state where they just get their groove on the best they know how. I'm not saying they are robotic or boring, but without fail they fall into their usual drone-like pattern they are most familiar with. Who knows why they tune out like that. Maybe it's to disassociate themselves because of lack of attachment? Maybe it's just a habit? Or maybe it's the only way they can deal with the state of their lives, who knows.
The bottom line is nobody can charge more than what the market allows. Just like a car salesman even the SW fully expects you will counter a lower offer. If you don't, she will be pleasantly surprised and keep her mouth shut (they may be girls in financial trouble but not idiots). If all of us mongers join forces together and tactfully keep the SW's high rates down everybody wins. If you are clean, well manicured, and treat the girl with respect you might be surprised how friendly her attitude becomes. Give it a try and report back. I'm sure everyone would love to hear about it.

Girls who ask for more than common market price are either looking for a sucker or expecting you to bargain. I hate negotiating, and would rather get a straight answer than play the game of "Let's see how much money I can get out of this guy." What I wish every girl understood is that the money comes with your happy customer (me) coming back once a week and you get money every time I come back. Send me away happy and I'll come back.
