It may be true about Keke answering the phone while giving you a massage. I don't look down on that, she is trying to run her business. She made sure that she gave me my full time of massage. I was not in any rush, I did not mind. This was my first time there about couple months ago. I left a happy guy. Her massage was a good massage. I asked for deep tissue and she could deliver deep tissue. She did not rush me like how others are saying. Keke is a happy person and made me happy as well. I think she knows me. I am the only 6 foot Japanese customer she has, I think.

She may have answered the phone while with me. I was in no rush. She made sure she gave me the massage I needed. She is the owner so she has other responsibility other than taking care of customers. I did not leave mad, I was very happy that she was understanding that she had to go outside and talk to employee, she made up the time. I asked for deep tissue, she gave me a good massage. I know I left happy.

I understand that being the owner gives her other responsibilities and any reasonable person will give some kind of allowance for these kinds of things, but being the owner also gives her the responsibility to make the customer happy and make sure that they feel that for that time that I paid for, at least I am semi-important enough to be afforded the courtesy of not answering the phone for more than 3 times.

No problem with the massage, she gives a good massage, no arguments there. Did I leave happy? Nope.
