More risk in lower level provider. Some risk that its LE and just wants to snag you.
Second, cough up more info to make them comfortable. Like real name, work reference. They can call and make sure who you really are. Unfortunately, LE sometimes sets up a fake number/business to trap them.
Use a well reviewed provider. Higher end (more cost).
Some risk at giving up this info. But pretty safe with the higher end/reviewed types.
Last, got a hobbyist friend that can vouch for you? (again high end only).
