Was my first visit here. Paid the $5. Door fee which I wasn't expecting and went in. The place looked decent inside. I sit at the bar next to a dancer and get one of my over priced beers (two min). The dancer started making small talk and then mentioned dances went from 10.00 to 15.00. She said the owner was testing the 15.00 dances to see if it works. I couldn't believe it and was making a get away plan. Slammed my first beer and half of my second and got the hell out. If I would have bought two dances I would have been out almost 50 bucks. I would expect this at a place like Flints or Crazy Horse where the chicks are really hot. Am I just a cheap ass?

No bar's ever enforced their 2 drink minimum on me, if the club sucks you finish your beer and walk out.

FYI, Jordan, the milfy blond, formerly of Jen's Den, is now a masseuse at Touch of Thai down the street. Her name at TOT is "Brooke". Check her out if you had a thing for her, but be forewarned that the massage was barely mediocre and the ending disappointing.

But I am curious as to the rates. What do they charge for a massage, and what is the expected tip?

Brook is very attractive. For the right price, I might spring for a mediocre massage.

I have not been to Akron for about five years now. An op came up on 1/10 & I jumped for it. I was really looking forward to giving my favorite Francois' some business since it has been so long. Well, I went...& I was very disappointed. In the past their were always some attactive ladies there to be found & enjoyed both in and OTC. When I got there around 9 PM there were MAYBE 6 dancers in the house (and this on a Friday). The most attractive one was giving a chairside dance, but I found out she was the bartender (she stayed behind the bar the rest of the time which was a shame, I got the impression she was dancing for a friend or a very regular customer). The 1st dancer to sit with me was a upper 20's blonde who looked okay. She talked my ear off sharing the details of her life. I don't mind this up to a point, but she pushed it way past the point. I got one chair dance from her and it was no big deal. Fortunately she wanted a smoke break & went outside. I was then approached by a 2nd dancer who was a okay brunette (probably also upper 20's). After about a minute I'm thinking what is that smell...it was her. Her BO was very strong. No way I was getting a dance. I made a excuse & went to the bathroom & when I came back she was talking with someone else (YES!) I left after that with great disappointment.

Is this the new norm for Francois'? I won't be back.

Remembering the many posts I've read on here I ventured to the east side of Dayton & ended up at Jen's. I had a far greater experience, more to report.

Stopped in today and there were about 5 girls working all pretty decent looking. I had 1 dancer come up to me in the 1/2 hour I was there (small black girl I wasnt interested in). And that's not the first time this has happened here. Why are these girls so stuck up? Its the only place I have this problem. Are they known here for just ignoring customers with a pocket full of cash? Or is it just if your not 60 they assume you don't have any money?

Not only that, but the quality has gone down dramatically. I used to occasionally run into a hottie every now and then, but it has been months that I have seen a 5+ /10 at Gatsby's (excluding the bartender).

Gatsby's north dayshift is pathetic anymore, couple of years back they had some fine daytime talent who all got knocked up and are now watching their rugrats. But the lineup can get pretty good from time to time, just have to put in the effort and deal with the slow times.

Lusty's lineup is just pathetic, so many fat unattractive women in one room.

VIP is $20 sometimes I've been quoted $25, but it's a rip off in my opinion, too many times they inflate the number of songs and usually want a big tip.

The occasional shot I've bought was never over $5. How do these prices compare to other stripclubs (even regular bars)? Go to stripclubs in Cleveland and your paying at least $5 for a beer.
