Look, I'm no expert but service recovery is better when you reach out to the person who had the bad experience and try to make it up to them instead of creating a fake account to write up a fake review to make your spa look good. There are certain words throughout the review that indicate a lack of command of the English language. Particularly mistakes that a person with a first language of a asian variety would make while speaking English.

I was hanging out around Chula Vista this weekend and decided to pass by for a cheap massage and a rub and tug so, I went to lucky foot spa and I've been many times to this spot throughout the years and they have 3 same providers been working there for a long time. However, last night was a complete different providers and the menu has changed. Providers are in their late 30's and 40's for sure, they are very nice people. Has anyone have the same experience?
