I got scared by the looks of my draw that answered the door and never went back. I couldn't understand how they have stayed open all these years. Information was received that employees of the business, a massage parlor, were engaging in inappropriate and illegal sexual advances and contact.
Several investigative tactics were utilized in compiling information which corroborated complaints received regarding the business.
On Tuesday, July 23,2019, a search warrant was conducted at 113 where three adult female employees of the business were arrested for prostitution related offenses. The offenders are from Redlands, CA, Lake in the Hills, IL, and Muskego, WI.
A fourth female is also being sought for her involvement in the activities of the business.
On Tuesday, August 6, 2019, the incident was presented to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office for criminal charges. The case is currently pending further review by the the's Office.
On Friday, August 9, 2019, the City of West Allis Attorney's Office was able to secure a Temporary Restraining Order and Injunction through the State of Wisconsin, Milwaukee County Circuit Court prohibiting the property owner, business owner, and license holder from occupying the property for any purpose, pending additional court proceedings.
The Police Department and the City Attorney's Office will continue to work closely to ensure appropriate follow up action occurs in this case. In addition, we will continue to take these types of matters very seriously, and we will actively and aggressively investigate this sort of illegal activity occurring at businesses located in the City of West Allis.
So the Police made contact with 10 male patrons and 5 admitted to receiving sexual favors for extra tip money.

I certainly wouldn't want to lie about anything, especially if they have other evidence, since that only makes things worse.
I'm guessing the police are more interested in prosecuting the girls, but I certainly wouldn't want to have to testify in court against them.
- as for me, I never use credit cards in these types of places. I simply don't trust them and it leaves a paper trail.

What you can do is ask if you are being detained or arrested.
If not, ask if you are free to leave and if so get out of there.
If you are being detained or arrested; you invoke your Miranda rights, particularly the "right to be silent".
