The old Mila received a bad reputation for her rushing customers, her negative attitude and for her smokers breath and smell. There has been times when I told the SW I need to hit the ATM to get funds. When I get to the ATM, I tell the SW to get out with me and stand near me (NOT in view of the ATM camera or the keypad).
