You can see reviews on that AMP reviews. Net site for free. Just go to the forum you want (like Atlanta) and pick a review you want to see and click it. You'll see one like Therapy Plus (just got a new review) and a Physical description. Copy some words from it like "C's, shaved". Then click back so you can see all the reviews and in the upper right click search. Select "this forum" from the drop down and paste your text (like C's, shaved) into the search box. You'll then see much of the review. If you want to keep reading that review (if its cutoff) just repeat the process. In this example you could copy text "Ruby walks" and then go back to all reviews- do the search again (for this forum) and use the new words (Ruby walks). You'll see more and more of the review. Sometimes it might tell you the words are too generic- just try some others from the text.

I'm too lazy to write one for them and get free access- that would probably be much easier LOL. Plus I like to "hack" (not in the real sense of the word) .

It caused me to go vegetarian for a few years, which cleared up my health issues almost immediately. After more research, I realized you did not have to be a vegetarian, you mainly needed to do exactly as OutTher has stated. Eat foods with the proper amount of minerals (90+), take supplements, if needed, eat foods that improve your Microbiome in your gut (Sauerkraut, kimchi, etc.), sleep 8 hours a day, which is when your body heals itself, avoid consuming things that damage, your body, and fast, 2-3 times a year for at least 24 to 72 hours. Fasting will rest your digestive system, repair damaged cells, or get rid of them, and produce stem cells. Sidenote, I used to get sick about two times a year when the weather changed prior to this journey. I haven't been sick in 10 years.
