I work out 7 days a week, I try to do at least 2hrs cardio and 1 h weights and abs.
I cut out all soda bread sweets corn and anything else that wasnt good for me.
Its like anything else you want to cut out your life. You have to really want it.
My motivation was boobies big boobies!. I wanted to loose 50lbs before I got them.
But now that I lost the 60 I am going for 25-30 more and I am either going to get my boobies for Christmas or my birthday.
I can't wait.
