It seems that you have a lot more first hand info regarding the situation and the guy who posted the flames than the rest of us. So I'll take your description of the details as accurate. If she broke into his house and stole money, then she is wrong and he is not an idiot.
But the motivation of most providers as described by LW still apply. Given that, I would say this guy was not very smart to become personally involved with a provider. I'm not trying to be harsh, but when I go to see a provider, it's to have a good time, not to become her hero or savior.
I'm not at risk of being victim to a similar situation with Staci because she doesn't know my real name and she doesn't know where I live.
