Monday Night: 9:30pm till 11:30pm.

Holy CRAP! If you like looking at a bevy of beautiful, nubile, naked nymphet's (as I sometimes do). Again, this is may favorite since Rooster's was riuned. I stopped in and Breeze was not there, but I had a few dances with Carmen. 30-60 minutes of cardio daily (at least 20 should be "intense", like running, swimming laps, track cycling)

Strength training 3 / week (check out Ripptoe and Kilgore's "Starting Strength" for 5x5 methods, which work best for actual *strength* training as opposed to "bodybuilding". Strength is better!) Weight training is also good for flexibility if you maintain correct form (full range of motion through squats, military press, bench press and clean & jerk pretty much covers it). I do yoga each morning myself, but it's not strictly necessary unless you're very, very serious about flexibility.

Do fun shit (I like rock climbing and boxing).

I think all guys should be able to fight. Boxing, krav maga, whatever. Shooting works too, but it doesn't really promote fitness.

Eat right. Diets are stupid, unpleasant and unsustainable. Eat 1gram / lb of body weight in protein, good carbs (nothing white, only whole grains) , piles of vegetables, moderate fruit. Drink enough water. Supplements are okay, but really, you don't need to be fancy unless you're going for "ripped" (<10% body fat) which is pretty hard to maintain even if you're very fit (unless you're young. Hormones play a role in this).

Zinc is good for dick health.

Always use sunscreen. That's about it for the basics.

I spend an average of probably 2 hours a day on fitness, with a bump on weekends (hiking or whatever). Maybe I spend 18-20 hours weekly on "physical activity", but I have a very sedentary job (I'm a physicist) so I need the balance. The point is it should be a *priority*. I think everyone should, at a minimum, use their body at least an hour a day!

I'm 44 and most chicks think I'm under 30. I'm fucking two dancers from Follies a couple times a week. One 19 and one 22. And they thought I was 28 LOL. Ah, yes, very short hair hides the distinguished silver.

I used to "not have time" for the cardio, but at some point I decided that it was at least as important as my job. And I found I could pull half an hour from *somewhere* if I needed to (fortunately, I don't watch TV, so that frees up a good measure of time) , even if it just means getting up a half hour earlier. After about 3 weeks it becomes second nature, and actually I find cycling / running kind of "meditative" so it's two birds with one stone.

If everyone in the US would walk half an hour a day, not drink colas, eat whole grains and cut out processed and fried foods, we wouldn't have an obesity epidemic.

We also wouldn't have a ton of "thick" escorts, either. What a better world.
