Massage Parlor Reports

This afternoon I had some free time so I want to the Asian spa on W. Michigan Ave. There was a sign out front saying grand opening. As someone before me posted this is easily one of the best massages I have had and completely legit. The two girls there that I saw were absolutely beautiful. The one that did my massage was early 20's tall and very thin. Her English was very good but she spoke very little. The spa was very busy today it seems someone was waiting at any time for a massage.

Asia spa is as good as you're going to find anywhere unless you are looking for extras then this is not the place for you.

Went to see CiCi again but this time I opted for the 1/2 hour massage instead of the hour massage and I am glad I did. Same style of massage as before, she uses a towel to cover you and pushes on different parts of your body which I feel could improve if she would just get ride of the towel. Slow teasing and HJ finish which was nice. Paid 40 + 40, got the entire 1/2 hour.

I am looking for a "therapist" that delivers a full hour massage with a few more options for the ending if anyone has any suggestions.

I usually don't make a review of Massage Therapy, but I feel that I must comment. For the past two or three years, I have been a regular there and get massages up to three or four times a month. I have had many awesome massages with the different girls. They seem to know how to give a good sensual massage. It has never been a FS or even a BJ type place. I don't expect it. What I get is a great massage the way I like it, and I leave happy. Never in all of those years has a girl mentioned the need for a "required" tip. Never has a comment been made about the tip at all. One girl did indicate that more of a tip got more. Even then, no mention of amounts was given. I did give her more, but it didn't get me that much more.

My usual tip is equal to the rate. So, the total output is 80 for a half. Being that the ending is always a HJ, I am okay with that. When a girl gets better consistently, such as CiCi, her tip is higher.

Two weeks ago, I had Sophia for the first time. She gave an okay massage, but used one hand quite a bit. It was not a tantalizing massage like that given by the other girls. The ending was okay, but I assumed it was because she was new. The girls all seem to get better when they are there longer. I had a massage with her again last week, and the massage was the same with her using one hand quite a bit of the time. She did get into it more, but her massage was not as sensual as has been given by the other girls.

At the end of the massage, she picked my tip up off the table, and laughed. Being that her English is lacking, she used her smart phone app to make a comment to me. It read "These services require 60 tip. " Seriously? I sad nothing, but I was taken aback.

What the girls probably do not consider is that we put out 80 or 100 for a HJ, while they think of getting 40 or 60 for their time. I can get a great half hour for 100 or 120 that is much more than a HJ or sensual massage. It is not just about an additional 20 for me, it is about what I can get for that additional amount. I can justify spending 80 most of the time and sometimes 100, but if the rate becomes 100 all of the time, then it measures up against rates of 100,120 and even 140 in my mind which provide a much more fun filled half hour.

Don't get me wrong. I enjoy the massages there. I will keep going there just maybe not as often. Maybe it was an unusual comment never to be made again. Just thought I would pass that along in case someone else noticed a difference there.

I had the opportunity to go to Whitcomb again, and as luck would have it, my therapist was Sophia. But it was a completely different Sophia. No, she looked the same and yes, it was the same person, but her attitude and performance was much better. She greeted me with a hug and a huge smile and gave me one of the best sessions I have ever had there. Her massage was with two hands and a nice light sensual massage. Her ending was also much better and made me smile wider than I had in quite a long time. At the end when it was over, I left my tip on the table as usual. She never mentioned anything about the tip nor counted it while I was there. Because she was so good, my tip was larger than usual, and she earned every bit of it. When I left, I was also given a hug and a kiss and a thank you.

Either she had a couple of bad days in the past, or I had bad days, or this last one was an unusually good day, I don't know. What I do know is that I can highly recommend her based on my last session.

I will be going as often as I did in the past and maybe even more.

So I was in kazoo. For some reason I've always wanted to try a massage from her. I've tried before timing was always. But today the stars lined up, and so did our schedule. So I so up old house not bad inside new carpet and stuff. Not what I expected from some of the reviews. Thats probably why was in the hotel for a bit. Anyways when in with low expectations. She does not look like her pic at all. I was back in my truck in 25 minutes. . back rub not even close to bad.

His description of her was good.

I was not impressed by her service at all.

I too made a recent visit to Whitcomb. I also drew Sophia. Zero English skills but we were able to communicate via Google translate. I thought the overall experience was OK, not outstanding. Sophia told me that she would be relocating to a massage spa in Grand Rapids in the near future.

Would love to have some slender, fun talent available on the local AMP scene.

There is no correlation for me re: age, looks, body, etc, when it comes to a massage / typical AMP service.

Great service is just that. Comfort is on the back of the provider to make happen.

When they do deliver a comfortable & service oriented session, I respond (regardless of the above descriptors).

In the case of Sophia, IMO, she (along w / any provider) will do best with us massage loving mongers, if they simply do as follows.

(1) Give their best massage right off the get go, along with providing the full time paid for.

(2) Don't bust my / our ass, as Sophia did (for example) to me & you at first, that "She Needs a Better Tip" for what she did deliver.

We have all discussed what is the "normal tip" before.

But I'm generous when service & my happiness, are exceptional by session's end.

Earn the tip! Better service from the start= bigger smiles on the client = equal bigger tips & return clients.

They should know this, esp the more mature ladies.

As with any job, best performance will possibly get you a raise.

Poor / Marginal performance will usually not.

I went the other day after texting and being told in response that I should try Sophia. She did not disappoint. It was a talented and beneficial massage all the way around, and when completed I left feeling relaxed and energized as I had hoped. She's not the most amazing looker, but she's skilled with her hands and knows how to find all the stress spots and relieve them effectively. She's worth a repeat.

If anyone recalls the young lady's name or knows if she's back now, I'd be interested.

So, today on Saturday, inquired over at Whitcomb to see who was working massage there.

It was Cece (just found out her spelling today).

Was happy- she had been gone for quite a while.

Wanted to book her since IMO & others, she's the best there.

Rarely do we see that ever, anywhere!

Over the past several months I've visited the Whitcomb establishment a number of times. I don't ask names, but I've seen 3 different gals. Certainly some better than others, but I like certain aspects of all 3. Some give better rubs and some better tugs. Anyway, this is probably my favorite place right now. Price is right, service is good, and safe. Unfortunately, this place seems to be getting really busy lately. Also, wish they had a TS and sauna, but whatever.

First time posting, but I've been a reader for a while. The reviews steered me to my first apt with Cece today. I just want to just confirm again that she is great. Cute, actually a great massage, and top notch service. Will repeat, and thanks everyone for the reviews / advice.

From purely a massage standpoint, this experience today, was as good as any In Kzoo for quite a while.

The newer place here near WMU campus, that the pure massage enthusiasts have spoken of lately.

Little house on W. Michigan Ave. - across from Oasis / near where Great Lakes used to be / directly in front of Ample Pantry.

Difficult to find without directions, but worth it.

Small clean place- drew a girl named ShiShi (or something close-LOL).

Nice lady- face 6- body 8- very sensual tho.

She gave the best, warm oil, firm massage that I've had in many moons.

Knots gone- full hour- hit all spots. No help tho at the end avail. This place is clearly just for massage- no extras.

Would definitely see her again, or anyone there. Again, just a professional Massage. No Finish offered.

Her honesty & fairness showed, when she discovered that I had mistakenly given her 80 (new 20's stuck together) instead of the 60 they get / hr.

Gave me back the extra 20 (could have easily pocketed).

Then after the great massage tipped her 40 & she tried to give me back 20. I refused to take it & said Merry Christmas. She appreciated that.

Would recommend when you're knotted up & just need to relax, w / o any exercise for the little man.
