As an aside, Jason Millier is a real pice of work, as he has a real stack of hypocrisy and "errors in judgement" to atone for while professing to be a christian conservative. In many courts the extreme detai he was forced to testify to, would never had made it into most court rooms. Was enough to get him to admit to being unfaithful. Many courts these days are extremely politically motivated. One side's dragged through the gutter; the other side, gets full immunity, with no testimony required, no rolling over on someone higher, just blanket immunity.

The current sheriff of Lapeer County came from Mt. Morris Township, north side of Flint, and has to be familiar with these AMPs and how they are run. Maybe he's more than glad for the Imlay chief to take the credit for the bust and have the target on HIS back when the mob comes calling to make someone pay for their loss of income.

These women also probably have a strong defense under the new amendment to the State Constitution, where "An individual's right to reproductive freedom shall not be denied, burdened, nor infringed". Exercising your reproductive parts should be reproductive freedom just as exercising your leg muscles prepares you for a race!! Just takes the right case and right lawyer to bring this forward.
