You're absolutely correct Super, a SW can't upsell what she doesn't have, SWs are always gonna try to get as much as they can for their services. The "going rate" is not now or has it ever been written in stone, it's just a standard of comparison. There's no way in hell I'd pay 1.75 for your average SW, that would be outrageous, however this girl is not your average SW. Assuming you do all that and assuming the LEO decoy doesn't lie when your case comes to court (BIG assumptions), then you MIGHT get away with an entrapment beef ONCE. But the law has changed, bolstered by several Supreme Court cases. Law enforcement decoys are ALLOWED to lie, touch you, have you touch them, whatever, to give you the opportunity to commit a crime. You can assert whatever "rights" you think you might have, but I wouldn't suggest playing tough guy with a LEO. There are quite a number of legitimate reasons for probable cause to search your vehicle and they include: FLIGHT (obviously); FURTIVE MOVEMENTS (like bending over in your car as if you were hiding or getting something, or even being on your cell phone) ; OBSERVATION OF REAL EVIDENCE; ADMITTED OWNERSHIP ("accidentally" emptying the contents of a purse or pockets); FALSE OR IMPROBABLE ANSWERS; PRESENCE AT A CRIME SCENE or IN A HIGH-CRIME AREA (I think the K "qualifies"); ASSOCIATION WITH KNOWN CRIMINALS (like a known SW/drug abuser?); PAST CRIMINAL CONDUCT (is your record squeaky clean?); FAILURE TO PROTEST (LE has it both ways: if you are too resistant, then they have a reason to suspect you may be hiding something and if you are too compliant, you also could be suspected as a person with something to hide; you can't win!).

Recording every SW conversation is a great idea to deter decoys but it would be one big pain in the ass to do every time, and it would certainly freak out most SWs, who would suspect that you are LE looking to sting them on tape! It is just easier to have every SW get in your vehicle and not discuss money after you have driven for a while and checked thoroughly that there is no tail (like making several turns). A decoy is not likely to get in your vehicle in the first place, and checking to make sure there is no tail is just extra insurance.

The best defense is simply to always drive with the SW for a good distance, and make certain you are not being followed before any business discussion takes place.

I agree Super, the ULEO isn't going to get into the car, I've never heard of it happening. They are coming from the standpoint of their own safety being paramount. The ULEO is not going to risk her ass for a crime that's not even felonious in nature. Some jurisdictions won't even pursue if they direct you to the arrest spot and you go the other way, like I said not worth risking the public safety for a misdemenor, nuisence crime.

I didn't consider the "tail" potential either. Since I zig zag, and back track often due to getting lost easily, any leo following might die laughing at my frequent nonsense turns.

The "furtive movement" or cell phone ploy is the least of your worries. If you read my entire list of legitimate reasons to have probable cause to search your vehicle, just being in a high crime area is one of them! The key is not to be stopped in the first place. Drive on the K like a little old grandmother. Don't be in a hurry to rush those yellow lights. Make sure all the lights on your vehicle work, and don't have as much as a crack in them (and that goes for all your mirrors and windshields). Have your inspection and registration and insurance and all paperwork up to date, not to mention a current license! Don't pick up any SWs right on the K! And don't make any completely boneheaded moves like doing a U-turn in the middle of the Ave to get to a hottie before someone else can!

If you want to avoid complaints, then SWs may not be your desired hobby. Many tend to be a bitchy, especially those itching to get high after they extract a fee from you. Your armor has to be pretty thick in that regard. But the only "protocol" regarding payment or tipping is the one you set for yourself.

I usually tip generously if the service is outstanding. However, for an average date, an average fee is sufficient. I have never been pressed for a bigger tip when I offer one, but if a SW who delivers average service asks for one I simply ask, "Don't you think what I paid you was fair?" The response I usually apologetically get is something like this: "You can't blame a girl for trying." I find that if you confront them in a nice way, they back down in a nice way, and there are no hard feelings for either party. If you find that interchange uncomfortable, you might find mongering full of discomfort because it is part of the game. While Deep Throat has fortunately never been robbed, beaten, raped or been the subject of any type of physical harm or abuse, she has had to deal with some characters that you and I probably would not like to deal with if we were in her shoes. Here are just a few examples:

1. The cheapskate: There are apparently many versions of this guy, from the one who wants a BJ to start while driving to the spot (and then doesn't seem to have any money), to the guy who does the deed and says, gee, I only have X, to the guy who gets to the spot and pulls out a wrinkled Linc, and figures he will get away with that, thinking that she is already time committed. No wonder most SWs want to negotiate up front and get paid up front; I suppose we would too in their position. It makes the SW who doesn't talk money up front, and expects fair treatment AFTER the deed all that more special to the "good guys."

2. The cheap thrill seeker: There are apparently many versions of this guy too, from the one who wants the SW to lift up her top and show him her tits and/or pull down her bottoms and show him her puss right there on the street, to guys who want to have a stinky finger (either and/or both holes, and smell and/or taste it? CRIPES!) before deciding to go on a date, to the one who demands that the SW strip naked before getting started, or negotiating or exchanging money.

3. The incompetent/knucklehead: The guy who runs out of gas (and doesn't even have the money to buy any more; so with what was he going to pay for the deed?); the guy who finds a spot to park in plain view of pedestrians, residences, heavy traffic, and/or nearby LE and seems oblivious to the risks; the guy who wants to fuck bareback.

4. The con man: The guy who offers a high price and pays in counterfeit money; the guy who offers one price up front and then negotiates for a lower price on arrival; the guy who wants a lot more than for which was originally bargained (FS for the same price for which a BJ was originally negotiated; multiple cups at the same price for which one cup was negotiated).

It is no wonder even the best and sweetest SWs get jaded in a hurry on the K, and become somewhat hardened. But one thing you might consider: the best SWs service well for repeat business from good customers, and they appreciate it all the more when you are a good client, given all the bullshit with which they have to deal on a regular basis, so the pendulum can swing in both directions. Be a good monger and you just might collect the very best SWs as regular providers.

I appreciate the vote of support.

Jamie Lynn IS a sweetie in every sense of the word: a pretty face, a great spinner body, a wonderful personality and a prime provider. It is a shame she is homeless again and back on dope. But that's part of what makes the K what it is.

What goes around comes around. Believe it or not there are good mongers out there, just as there are good SWs, and one generally finds the other. If everyone is just a "mark" to you, to get your next fix, then you will eventually get the clients you deserve: the bad mongers that fit the bad SW that you apparently are.

I think I struck a nerve with a few of the nicer SWs on the Ave, because, after I posted the revelations of "Deep Throat," I was PMed with a number of other stories to add to the list of mongers in the categories of cheapskates, cheap thrills, knuckleheads, con men and the just plain weird and dangerous. It would seem like there is a lot some SWs have to get off their "chests" when given a little encouragement.

So here is Chapter Two from the other side of the fence:

1) One persistently idiotic type of monger is the typically young kid who drives one of those pimped out cars, music "bumpin" loud. You ignore him, because you know that you're going to go to his window and he's going to say, "Shorty, wanna make a coupla dollaz?" And when he says "couple", he means "couple". So, after a lot of time and discretion, you feel it is best to just ignore these kinds when they come around. But boy, they are persistent fools. They'll go around and around a loop 18 times, causing a traffic jam, beeping the horn, yelling things out the window. These are my least favorites! I don't date those types unless I know them because I've taken the chance before. And every time I've said to myself, "This one looks OK, I'll go with this one..." it has proven to bite me in the ass every single time.

2) The infamous walk up date who has not come to you in a car parked down the street. No, instead, he walks up to you and asks, "Yo shortie, got somewhere we can go?" to which I usually reply, "I'm waiting for the bus, sorry," because the girls I know who have decided to go with usually come back robbed, raped by him and 2 of his buddies, and with a black eye. The infamous spot they suggest our date should take place is in an abando they know of or back at the tracks. NOT GOOD! I stay away!

3) Another type tries to negotiate price. If you do negotiate to something somewhat within the fair range, you go with them. They drive around forever and don't like anywhere you suggest to park, yet their idea of a good spot is right in front of somebody's house. They pull out a wad of money and hand you less than the negotiated price. You ask what's up. Their reply is, "Jeez, I thought I had more and I need to get gas". That crap is ridiculous because at that point, they have already wasted a good chunk of your time in which other worthy guys may have come by and wanted to date you.

4) Last Saturday, a nice looking white male pulled up in a Lexus and motioned for me to meet him down the street. So I do and he pulls over. I'm talking to him through the window. He says, "How much to fuck?" I tell him. He says, "How much to do you in the ass?" I reply to that. He says, "Can I take you to my house in Northeast Philly and offered me way over the price I suggested, he seemed VERY skitzy. When something seemed shady, I then noticed that he had his hand down his pants the whole time and that is why he was shaking - because he was wacking off. When he saw that I noticed, he gunned it, nearly ran my foot over and took off up the street. I noticed him about 8 other times that afternoon driving up and down the Ave.

5) There's one guy who comes around and I got into his car and he said that in order to prove to him that I wasn't LE, show him my tits. I did and he then said, "I'm looking for a girl with double D's, sorry." He couldn't have noticed that with my very petite frame and tight shirt that I wasn't DD???? JEEZ!

6) The ones whom you see day after day, going UP AND DOWN, never stopping for anyone. They'll slow up to you, eyeball you, even motion for you to meet them, act like they're pulling around the corner and when you get close to their car, they peel off. They drive around and around and around, day after day. I guess they're window shopping. And I know I'm not scaring them away with my looks because I am not conceited, but I've been told by many dates that I'm one of the best looking girls on the Ave.

You should compile everything they're sending you and write a book. This would make for interesting reading for providers and mongers. Once again I appreciate your reviews and I hope sometime you will hook me up with some digits for a few of the girls you've reviewed.

You can play "detective" all you want and surmise anything you please, but drawing conclusions based upon sketchy evidence doesn't make it so.

I would normally ignore something like this, but I feel an obligation to exonerate Janine from your outrageous supposition. Just so you are more fully informed, Janine doesn't even own a computer and can only discover what is written in this forum indirectly. So there is scant likelihood (and in this case NO likelihood, since I know that for a fact) that she could be writing PMs to me as "Deep Throat." So much for your detective work, although it was never my intent in sharing the viewpoints of a few nice SWs (and several are involved, not just one or 2) to make it some kind of guessing game as to their identities.

As for the criticisms of our "fellow mongers," I can only say that the horrible activities that have been reported to me, and that I posted, are about mongers I certainly would NOT care to call my "fellows."
