Later, it changed to include males. The new HCRA eff 10/1/16 doesn't have any age restrictions. Check with your insurance if it will be covered at no cost to you. Most plans are following HCRA recommendations. Might be able to get at Walgreens, Longs, or Safeway. Or an urgent care or clinic.

I get tested regularly at my doctors office and have a clean bill of health. I would never knowingly infect someone with any STD and never spread knowingly spread HIV. That is sick and terrible.

(As always, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.)

On one hand, I can see why it's something that would have to be off-limits. There's assholes and shills who would start claiming so-and-so has something, and that would really cut into a girl's business or end a guy's ability to see girls. Slander and libel laws might come into play too.

And even if it's not intentional, it could still kill business. Let's say someone were to do what you suggested someone got something, so he posts the last 10 girls he saw. I'd be willing to bet there would be a lot of overlap between that list the last 10 a lot of other guys have seen because Hawaii is such a small market.

On the other hand, there is a very real risk of someone being reckless and the word needing to go out.

What's the solution? I don't know. I just hope it never comes to the point where a bunch of guys are posting how they got that strain of super VD that can't be cured by antibiotics.

However, the way around the problem is simple and well described. You can say anything in a Private Message, so if you want to get the word out that someone gave you something simply say "send PM to get the specifics". You'll be busy as hell clearing your mailbox for a while but it will get the job done without violating the rules.

The beauty of this approach is that there is no public accusation so it does little good to try to post false information in order to hurt someone's business. It would be a lot of work to try to get the word out this way but it is within the rules.

Some of you senior guys are in the AMP 3-4 times a week. And these are only the girls you are telling us about, who knows how many indies and hidden gems a guy could have. Again this is even if you are lucky enough to show symptoms. I'm sure if a girl did catch and STD she'd keep it quiet because that would pretty much be a death sentence to that AMP, and her career. Now she has to go from making 120 k a year back to a regular job? Just because some asshole guy gave her something she has no idea he had? That's an very hard pill for a person to swallow.

And the most efficient vector is BBFS (especially anal) with providers. There are suicidal nut cases out there that want to indiscriminately harm people (like the Vegas shooter) and doesn't necessarily has to be a local guy from here.

I don't really want to go to my regular doctor for this, would rather just go to a clinic or pharmacy so I don't have to answer awkward questions.

In the first place, catching an STD would be less likely (although not impossible) for a CFS-only provider. Second, most STDs are troublesome but non-permanent if medically treated, so if a provider caught a non-permanent STD that wouldn't be a logical reason for her to then increase her risk of catching that same STD again or catching some other (possibly permanent) STD. Third, even if a provider caught a non-curable STD, that wouldn't be a rational basis for her to raise her risk of catching another STD. For example, most providers wouldn't think "Hey, I've already caught genital herpes, so why not substantially increase my risk of catching syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia".

This is happening with many treatments in the medical community. There is a large concern that due to our overuse of antibiotics diseases may eventually become immune to all (current) antibiotic treatment. You can read about it if you want to do a bit of Google-fu. I remember buying a book on this topic at the airport in 2009 and some doctors were already raising the alarm about drug resistant viruses. This is part of the United States pill epidemic.

I understand you have no real intention of actually doing this. Even so, that "I wouldn't give a shit" attitude deserves some scrutiny: If you went totally BB and never caught anything, all well and good. But BB is always a roll of the dice. What if you did catch something? Now it isn't just all about you and your personal pleasure any more. Now you have to consider that if you continue having sex with providers, you could pass your infection to one or more of them. Most likely case, you take a pill or get a shot and are out of commission (aka no sex) a couple weeks. Then its like riding a bike again. You get on and start peddling, maybe you fall again but you just pick yourself up and start riding again.

But I believe I can almost imagine what it must be like for an alcoholic in recovery to wake up every morning and want to take a drink, and have to summon up the will-power not to do it. Basically meant I wouldn't give a shit worrying about catching anything for myself. Of course, if I knew I caught something I surely would not intentionally pass it on to providers. But there's always a latency period before noticing symptoms of any STD (bacterial or viral) when going BBFS and if banging daily, something will get passed on without a mongerer's knowledge until after getting symptoms. But some STDs may not give any obvious symptoms either.
