Get around the Prohibition
I'm not sure, but I believe making specific allegations about someone's health on these forums (and others) are prohibited and by that I mean, those kinds of allegations will get you banned. (As always, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.)
You are right. The first offense will be deleted with warning - 2nd will get you banned.
However, the way around the problem is simple and well described. You can say anything in a Private Message, so if you want to get the word out that someone gave you something simply say "send PM to get the specifics". You'll be busy as hell clearing your mailbox for a while but it will get the job done without violating the rules.
The beauty of this approach is that there is no public accusation so it does little good to try to post false information in order to hurt someone's business. It would be a lot of work to try to get the word out this way but it is within the rules.
Saw this in tonight's local news...

From the General Reports thread...
Guys, I'm new to this hobby and while I don't care for condoms, I see their necessity.
Is the scare overhyped though? I mean if you think about the statistics and the number of fine older providers here I've read about and their BB practices, if we assume they don't carry any of the major STDs like herpes, AIDs or hepatitis. Excluding warts since that virus seems pandemic.
How is that providers whove been doing this for so long in BB mode. How did they avoid getting STDs over the years?
Go online and do some reading about the subject. Educate yourself, please. Weigh the risks, and make your own decision. After all, it's your body.
As for your last sentence, I'm withholding comment.
