Received my gift box after about 3 days of placing the order. While waiting for it to arrive, I had detailed conversations with Allnuts in regards to the meds. Personally I think it's best to not eat anything before actives (2+ hours gap) because it slows absorption (especially if it's fatty greasy meal) and having a full stomach makes hard time to fuck, just grind after that way you'll have a good appetite LOL. Aloha my brudah!
