Not necessarily, no phone # does not have to mean scam, some of them choose not to post their numbers. Tina and sage from Gainesville are 2 examples of legit providers that don's post their phone number and prefer contact via email (Sage is pretty). Yes, Tara got a pretty pic, does not hurt to ask, and it's good to start this topic on her so anyone doing a search (like I did and could not find), will find this topic.

Also, clicking on the member name gives you menu options and one of them is to "Send a Private Message to [member name]". This will also work and is easy to do.
