On west charleston and 4th stret, there is a AM/PM. There is a little side street in the back that has been picking up. Every day this week in the afternoon, i've seen various types of sw's back there. From the biohazard to old and fugly. I saw 2 earlier this week that were ok, but they were not my type. I mentioned this area in a post earlier in this thread about this area. Keep a eye out on it.

Lemme get this straight....you want an sw, almost all of whom are drug addicts, and you want her to be athletic or muscular?
I have seen on cops where LE was conducting a sting and the cop arrested a guy for simply talking to the decoy. The poor guy merely pulled over and did not solicit her. The cops busted him for loitering.
Have the cops been arresting guys merely stopping or is a rare occurrence. ? Or I wonder was arrests stopped on the basis of similar legal precedents iin California...?

"Never" approach a SW if she hasn't moved from the same spot. Most sw' I've encountered finally hit the stroll because there economic means have run dry and going out to stand at one location is not beneficial to them versus strolling; the reason being where keeping mobile helps in not being recognized as so obvious to the "MAN".
Although. I do remember "Angel" would just sit right in front of the motel with out a care (crazy), but then again she was smart enough to know when time came to get up and move!

A good way to tell is to park and hang out. If there is a sting you will see some cops around. You can also drive around the block or alley and see if there is any LE around. Don't let your guard down, because I have seen instances where there is no cops or tow trucks around.
This is that blonde that has been spotted around Lowe's and charleston in the past few months. Some of you have mentioned her. I spotted her yesterday strolling behind Denny's.
Her name is Envy or Elvy or something like that. She is real skinny because she is a crackhead. She looks like a knockout when you driving and passing her by cuz of the big ponytail she has and she wears nice tight clothes and high heels. Up close she is skinny as fuck cuz of the crack and she needs to invest some money in taking care of her fingernails and toenails.
She smells clean and is clean bodywise, no visible needlemarks. If you like them thin she is the girl for you. I picked her up thinking she was gonna be one of them rare diamonds until I saw her up close. I like my girls thick but I settled for her.

I arrived late last night from the east coast so naturally even though I didn't get to bed until 3:00 am my time I woke up this morning around 6:00 local time. I have been here several times before so I decided to take an early morning drive along some of the more usual routes. There was nothing early on on any of them except for some toxic stuff on Fremont. As the morning warmed up a little there was a little more activity. I know Fremont is pretty low rent but I did see a dark skinned BSW spinner and a tall light skinned BSW that looked interested from a distance.
Boulder near Flamingo had several possibilities but it seemed like I was always on the wrong side/direction. There was a girl in Walgreen's parking lot for quite a while but she wasn't too cute. In all fairness, OP may be from out of town and not understand. That said, his expectations are ridiculously out of touch, as you point out.
Best, but also dangerous play, is to walk a few blocks up LV Bl from Strat. He will probably find something. But its a crummy area and not safe at all.

So I cruised over after dinner up Boulder Hwy (I'll give location only via PM). Saw a REALLY young BSW and then saw another older looking one named Cinnamon. She was average height, relatively thin, very friendly. Saggy tits but great attitude. 75 for fs, 50 for bbjcim. She gave pretty decent head.

I don't think you understand how huge Vegas is and how transient it is. When guys here talk about cruising Boulder Highway, they are talking a 5 mile long stroll(maybe longer?) from LV Bl down past Sams Town. Thats the main sw area in town and full of motels. Very transient. Its hard to keep phone numbers that are active.
Stratosphere is next to a pretty active area....Lv Bl from about Strat down to Charleston. But its dangerous. So there you are. FWIW, I met a truly awesome former stripper now drug addicted back in January in that area named Melissa. But she didn't have a phone. So if you see a 4'11 white girl with shoulder length black hair and pale white skin, go for it. I hit the jackpot the other day!
I went out on patrol Tuesday morning and started around the Strat area. I made my way north on 4th st after checking out casino center.
I drove past kinko's and this white chick walking the opposite direction gave me the look. She was wearing a brown flower print sun dress with them spike high heeled shoes that look like flip flops. She had dark curly below shoulder length hair.

A couple of years back, I was cruising Fremont from LV Blvd. To Atlantic. I was at the light at Eastern when I saw an older lady (50+) crossing the street as she was going back home from the Rite-Aid. She had a terrific bod for someone her age, but I didn't think anything of it.

I've been active on the scene but lurking online for some time but it's important to tell you of the dangers of cruising especially at daytime.
Today in the Early morning there must be some vice sting as a casually dressed blond man was seen talking to pedestrians and as i noticed pointing in a particular direction as if to ask for directions. then i noticed cruisers pop out of nowhere trailing cars. i did not stick around to see if there were any traffic stops. It's all to suspicious to be accidental or coincidental.
Also there may be a sting working in the Motel on the other side of the lamplighter.

Yes but........
To be blunt, you sound kinda inexperienced. The closest sw's to the downtown hotels are from El Cortez down past the Western.
That area is not safe, and can be thick with LE at times, including LE on bike patrol. I would not recommend picking up ho's here at all for someone who lacks street wisdom.
Put another way, I've been mongering for 13 years now with hundreds of pickups, and never been busted. I would feel entirely uncomfortable picking up sw's while walking down there. Most of the time, I feel uncomfortable even in a car.
