There isn't much activity on the board so I'll share what I know. I mongered in HP for years before relocating. Most activity can be found in the general vicinity of Ward and Green streets. I've also had success behind the Marsh plant off of S. Main.

You may find some SW action near Eugene St / Business 85 also. The strip club scene hasn't been jumping lately (IMO). I usually go to Christies off Wendover.
