Tonight I cruised Aurora northbound, all the way to Everett/Casino RD. 7pm.
-Spotted a WSW on crutches in front of Avalon tan. My hodar went off, but she was on crutches. No way, a hooker on crutches? So I turn around and see her get into another guys car. Damn! She was maybe 5'6, 120lbs, I couldn't tell if she was old and worn out or young.

Not a lot going on the AAA side, but that's because LE was rolling around.
Steps Up, The Krispi Kreme is very close to the Home Depot at 125th Street. Not much going on up there these days. We do have ho's in stereotypical ho gear, but only on the AAA Stroll. The past few weeks, Sweet Honey has been strutting around in the cold practically naked with super short shorts and six inch heels. A skinny Asian named China also strolls wearing next to nothing, and a few of the black chicks have been showing so much ass, I wonder why the cops don't bust them for indecent exposure.
There is no AAA building anymore, but if you go on a Friday night (after midnight), you will see some ladies in red jackets on the corner of 6th Ave N. and Thomas Street. These are the church ladies and is the heart of the stroll. There is no 1st Ave E in Seattle. The stroll is basically 6th ave N and Taylor Ave north from Denny to Republican and the cross streets of John and Thomas to Aurora. Hostess is exactly on the opposite side of Aurora and on Dexter, which is one block east of Aurora. Same cross streets.
A hooker on crutches is not that uncommon, just because they get hurt doesn't mean they don't need drug money and if SW'ing is the way they get it, they'll be out there on crutches. It's kind of sad. I remember a SW that got hit by a car, and two days later she was out limping around on crutches and could hardly walk.

So either these guys in high-end vehicles are paying $$$$$$$$$$$$$ or these girls are delusional (and stupid).

Average take for a full day of work is more like 6-800. Most of their work is via the BJ and they get around 50-70 on average for that. I did the same thing my last weekend there, parked and waited. who wants to drive hours in a circles in few small blocks. I find it interesting that they are saying that because of your cheaper car, when I saw and experianced the oppesite. I like to buy used ones since I pay for it in cash and then I don't bite the depreciation as much. I'm very good looking too, so I know it's not that. I had a ok lower cost car when I was here and in LA some the past 2 years and no problems with those cars, But I return to a nice car only to get hated big time on. A new twist to law enforcement that Seattle mongers ought to be aware of. I am back in Seattle for the holidays from LA. On Saturday I took an evening drive up and down Aurora from Winona to 145th. On my way back south I pulled alongside a Scion with smoked glass window and all painted up with advertisements for Crime Stoppers, KVI 570 Talk Radio and SeattleScion.com. The license plate was COPTALK. I could see two guys and a laptop in the front. I followed them south on Aurora, curious as to what they were up to. They slowed and pull over to the right south of the car stereo place and I pulled off on a side street a little to the south of them and circled back. I pulled the binoculars I keep in the glove compartment and watched the passenger in the Scion filming with a video camera a BSW working her way north on the west side of Aurora from the home improvement store. An oblivious monger heading south pulled right over in front of the used car lot a half a block down the street from the Scion and began having a conversation with her through the passenger window. The driver in the COP TALK car immediately started using a cell phone while the other guy got out of the passenger door and walked up the block still using the video camera. I was a little exposed parked where I was so I turned out onto Aurora south and then pulled into the home improvement/burger donut area and parked again. The BSW had gotten into the mongers car and they were heading south with a SP cruiser pulled right in behind him and turned on his lights, pulling them over into the tire store parking lots. Within 2 minutes the COP TALK Scion was parked behind them filming the whole deal. I didn’t stick around to see the outcome. However, I did hook up with an HSW named Jenna, 5’2”, short black hair, with a thick accent (however, I now speak Spanish after a couple of years in LA) so we negotiated price and action and I was off to the races. Watch your asses out there boys with these new vigilantes.

Amber is typically in Hostess until about 6am (she tells me). I've often seen her as the last gal standing after 4am. Yes, more time on stroll == more money but it seems like fussier gals would make less. Obviously, I have no idea beyond what i'm told. More than a few gals have told me about the various professionals out cruising the strolls, my point with mentioning this was that you'd think professionals would drive higher-end cars. My other point was that such professionals indeed might not drive such vehicles while cruising and so these girls just don't know what kind of money they are turning away. All I know is that some girls won't get into my car and Amber talks to a lot of them who share the sidewalk with her. As i'm not out there on the street I don't know for sure but it seems like it might be right.
Ultimately, it doesn't matter because I always manage to find some. I just find it interesting that some girls base their earnings on the cars that we drive, i'm actually happy not to support such girls.

In my experience, a high-end vehicle usually means someone is over-extended.
I remember my first job in the mid 90's. The job was at that little redmond company. My manager's manager's manager took everyone out for an event at a golf course. I was expecting people to come pulling in with 80k BMW's, etc, given how much this level of professionals make. However I mostly saw Toyota's and Honda Civics. Some people had nice BMWs, although those were the lower level employees like myself.
The managers with long careers at the company drove 15 year old Honda's, Volvo's, Toyotas. One year's bonus for people at this career stage could buy a few high-end cars, however they don't. I guess some people view cars as a means to go between A and B.
Recently I struck up a conversation with a girl I met from CL looking for "established & professional clients." This girl had questions that were attempting to determine your net-worth. The questions were: what car do you drive, how many cars do you own, when do you buy new cars.
I told her what kind of car I drive and how I was proud not to have lost money buying an 80k car. She didn't respond back.
That high end car thing is interesting. I have had some gals tell me older gentleman in new highend cars always try to negotiate for a low price, more so than some guy in a decent car. If possible, I believe in mongering in beaters. I picked mine up for 400 dollars a few years ago and it works great. I have no problem getting the girls, including Ashlee here, to jump right in. Plus it doesn't give the appearance that I have money to burn.
But the main reason I drive a beater is because you never know if that SW you pick up might toss her crack pipe under the seat if you get pulled over. In this state, that is automatic vehicle seizure whether the car is 400 dollars or 40,000 dollars, and you still have to make the payments.
With my beater, I'll just toss the cops my keys and tell them to enjoy and make sure to fix the clutch and the oil leak while they're at it.
Doing this hobby in an expensive car makes little sense. Maybe Titman could rent out the trashmobile.

Wow, this is the first time i've gone out and not been able to catch something. I cruised through Denny/Hostess/AAA for a few hours and saw nothing.
Weird.
The only thing that came close was a hot young girl walking through AAA and talking on her cell phone. A cop caught her walking and turned on the lights and followed her slowly until she hit Aurora and then started walking to the Shell station. He pulled into the hotel parking lot to watch her, then when she reached the Shell station he drove to the Shell parking lot and rolled through. I decided to head up there just to see what happened, when I got there she was nowhere to be found but the cop was parked on the island across the street and facing the Shell station.
I saw her later back in AAA and wow - what a hot face and body, definitely need to do the ID check, though. Brunette, short, brown coat with one of those furry hoods over her head, denim with curves. I don't really know for sure if she was working as there were a few youngins hanging around due to some club activity, but in any case I couldn't get her attention to find out because she was constantly on her phone and wouldn't look at me. Shortly after the last sighting, she disappeared for the night.
Just for kicks, I went through Rainier and surprisingly that was empty as well. While there, I was listening to the radio (which I never do unless it's talk radio these days) and happened to hear "up-and-coming" Seattle hip hop act Cancer Rising with their song "Evryday Bidness" which has the chorus "rollin' Rainier, rollin' Rainier". Perfect timing.
I was in a punk band a few years back that actually played some shows with Cancer Rising around Seattle because those guys also like a lot of punk/metal stuff...I guess witnessing them break the "big time" and get played on the radio was the most exciting thing that happened to me tonight.
