In 2000's pretty much every other apartment bldg on the west side had working girls in it (not to mention the awesome massage parlor scene in Hendertucky). Just get on Craigslist at any time of the day and find what you want. And all the competition kept the rates pretty low as well. Small group of agencies you see today are the survivors of the great Asian Incall purge. And from what I've heard it costs them a pretty penny to be able to stay in business.
