Consider a provider that once was $200. They may have realized that raising their rate to $600 reduces their sale volume down to 1/3 of what it was. But the overall profit margins are identical: $200*3 == $600*1. All it takes is a handful of inelastic buyers to severely skew the market.

She said she got the idea from a friend of hers that isn't homeless but is a provider that works out of a storage unit sometimes. I have to admire people's ingenuity. The unit itself in an older complex that doesn't have live on managers and there are very few monitors. She's looking for an apartment with a roommate and isn't, (admitting to), a full time escort.
