I'm just curious. What do people here actually mean by YMMV in their reviews? That is, in any relationship, sometimes you click and have a good time, while with other folks you don't. You may get service that others don't get simply because you're a regular, or like you said the provider may like you more than some others. We know a lot of providers have a habit and that could affect their performance if they've had their meds or not. Most mongers also don't factor themselves into the laundry list of unknowns. Some mongers might not get served like the others because they're too fat. Others maybe didn't pay attention to their own hygiene and thus got rushed service, and instead of taking the blame for their lack of appearance, they blame the provider for being a clock watcher.
All we can really do is report on our individual experiences knowing that we may not always get the same experience twice.

If you had visited and the place smelled like a sewer you would have given her a bad review. Probably should have apologized for stinking up the place LOL. You answer an ad for sex and they are never going to use a main charge of using a criminal tool and not charge you with solicitation.
Each individual is different with different resources to fight a criminal charge. If you have the resources and don't care for the possibility of publicity or attention by a solicitation charge go for it. Most people are going to take the easy way out with the smallest amount of publicity, plead to lesser charge and take what goes with it.

Here are two recent posts from the Cleveland BP reviews board. I love hearing about other mongers fighting and beating charges. These posters give very good advice if anybody else is interested in fighting charges versus plea bargaining. I wonder whether either was charged with possessing criminal tools.

My advise to you in this situation is to remain silent and DO NOT consent to searches. They will have to prove reasonable doubt without being able to use any evidence collected during the arrest. Unless that is they have obtained warrants. Any "cooperation" promises are only used to get you to incriminate yourself. They are trained to cheat, lie, and threaten to get that confession.
My experience was a few years back when they were doing this at Motel 6 by Bagley. First, the photo and rates are TGTBT. Second, I changed the appointment time on the fly and was easily accepted while most legit girls are impossible to get hold of. Third, again, out of state phone. When I showed up, there were a bunch of people hanging outside the hotel. Lucky for me, when I called for the room, her explanation of "front" of the motel is North, and my interpretation of "front" is South. So my sixth sense kicked in and left. As I was leaving, none of the people were there any more. As I was leaving the parking lot, Sheriff's cars pulled in. Since I didn't talk about anything on the phone, they really had nothing on me.
