As Fundboy has shown there is life, occassionally, on the eastside at this early eve time.

But the most productive times seem to be just before and after dark; right now 5:30p to 7p. Second in action timewise seems to be midnight to 1:30am slot. I'm not sure why the 9pm and 10pm slots are thinly populated but this has been my experience.

There are various methods but here is what I do to make sure.
