The police report indicates that Groves requested "full service" from an undercover police officer posing as a prostitute but was met by multiple officers when he reached the predetermined room.

Groves was reportedly in possession of $195. 70 and a box of condoms, seized as evidence, at the time of his arrest last week. He was ordered to appear in Bedford Municipal Court on May 10.

At least 14 others were arrested in the three-day sting, according to Cleveland Scene.
