I don't think so, in the one pic it's symmetrically coming from both sides of her face and seems to lead from over her ears and goes right to her nose, and is casting a pretty good shadow.

In neither pic is the nose piece of a nasal cannula visible. Considering the angle of the light source in the pics, plastic cannula tubing would be more pronounced. Hair styles are often symmetrical. IMO, it's hair.
