If it's an Asian ad for $160 it's almost certainly for one of the dozens of Asian apartments scattered all over the place. The pics are models, but YMMV when you show up. Some good, some mediocre. Forget about finding the girl of your wet dreams in any $160 ad.
Do a CL search "160" and you will see what the current line up is.

When I was in London, England there were several Indian Providers and services. I know, not much help here, but it was the first time I had ever seen them advertise in that quantity. Of course , there is a huge Indian/Asian population in London. The place I went to was an apt set up similar to the Asian apts here. On the website there was even a schedule of who was working when.
For instance I just googled "London Indian escorts" and came up with this.

I just got back from London and the closest I got to tasting curry was at some over priced Tandoori restaurant in Piccadilly.
