FYI: This post should be in the PA-Others Bethlehem subsection for future reference. Since its here already I'll respond...(NOTE: The last time I visited was about two years ago.)
Yes, it is American-staffed. The entrance is along the front of a (readily visible) strip of stores from Rt. 378. You do get a line-up of available ladies from which to choose. Looks can be from average to cute, kinda hit or miss. Age range also varies, though I don't think I ever saw a lady there who would've been older than mid-30s; average age is probably about mid-20s. They used to do a table shower but I think they have cut back on the service. Services in years past were YMMV depending on the girl, last couple of visits I made it seems options were restricted to HJ only (with multiple visits to the same girl, who knows?) Prices were typical for American places(at that time): about 60 for one hour and tips for various stages of undress matched or greater than the house fee.
Can't say that I have been sorely disappointed with my visits, though. It was nice for a change of pace. For the money, I prefer AMPs. I don't have any names to give (Sorry!) but if you feel a need, by all means stop in and at least get a line-up and more recent prices.
Now that I've mentioned it, I may need to sneak in a visit soon... for the conversation, of course!

I will respond as well as it is already in this forum. More then a hj is available, bbbj or cbj can be had from the right girl, in addition, fs can be had for a lot of cash. the last time I was there, about 6 months ago, it was about 1.4 for cbj and russian finish.

Stopped in tonight to check out the new place. It is on the left as you drive N on 61. You must drive past it to the light at 73 and turn back in the Sbound lane to enter. Two entrances, the one further S leads to parking in rear. Had a girl named Sara. You probably want to avoid her. TS was very much below standards - no attention the important areas. Massage consisted mostly of her grabbing handfuls of skin and muscle and squeezing as hard as she could. Spent an inordinate amount of time massaging (hard!) around my ears and temples - it hurt! At one point she grabbed my feet and tried to bend them in the middle - ouch, they don't bend that way. FS was rushed and n her terms. Only about a 5 for looks, 4 for attitude (at least she was pleasant most of the time), 4 for talent. Mamasan was the youngest I've ever seen. I might go back, but it must be a different provider.

Where are the updates? Here is my scoop. Have always been a Silver Spa guy. There used to be a girl named Paula that was a 10. Out of half a dozen different visits to AMPs with different girls, that says something. Too bad she has moved on. Anybody have any good suggestions for new girls there?
Been to the AMP across from the Pizza Place on Lancaster Ave before you get onto 222. First time there was an older girl, not my type but a nice time was had. Second time there. I had a younger girl.
