I know about the block they have something similar in DC but it floats and usually all black with a token white girl thrown in, there has never been a problem that I know of, as far as prices you can get them for that but you have to come in with some knowledge as they try to get as much as possible from newbies. as far as street action it's very hot and cold a lot of hunters just get a girls number and see where she's at knowing that there's gonna be others there since they tend to travel in Packs, most are availble at hotels during the day.
