I was out from around noon to 6 on North, Cicero, Western, Addison I didn't see any SW, alot of good looking women out but wasn't able to find any willing.

Ah yes...and I will began the debate.
1) You will not bring as many new girls as you think to this profession by paying current sws more than what they normally get. Most girls get into this through desparation or through friends who are already in the profession. Most women attracted to the money go through the dancing and escort routines first.
2) I have paid upwards of 120-150 for some really good looking women, but I got an hour of *****-free sex in my car for it. Paying 200 for a BJ on a regular basis is definitely well above the going rate for a sw in the city.
3) You may hurt fellow hobbyists, especially if you start seeing the same girl a few times and get her hooked on this easy money. She may lower her attitude/performance for the guys whose dicks she sucked for $40.
HOWEVER, it is your money and if you feel the service is worth it and as long as you can bankroll it, go for it and have fun.
P.S.---always hold some money back until the act is over...make her know that you have to have fun for her to get the rest. Read previous posts for plenty of examples of unenthused teeth-jockeys who make you feel bad just by being with them.

MWM, I feel for ya buddy. I too was out there and ended up checking out the 47th/Cicero area alittle bit. I got there at aound 1:45pm and the Cicero traffic going south was horrible. I didnt see anything until going back north on Cicero. I just saw a couple girls, one blonde and one brunette going into the Marathon gas station at 50th/Cicero to cool off I guess.
I circled the block several times waiting for them to get out. On my last pass, I saw the brunette crossing the street towards 49th. I passed through the North/Wabansia area at about 7pm, but found nothing at first. I noticed a Channel 2 news van parked in the alley near Winchester. I even saw one of the newscaster. Vince Gerasole. I decided to see what was going on and also decided to make one last pass.

But I did see her on Honore. I saw her getting into an SUV. Doh!!!!! I looked for her for the next half hour. I was at the right place and the right time, but missed my opportunity!!!
Anyways, she has semi-wavy, light, blonde hair bundled up on top. She was around 5'6", average build, early 20's. She was wearing a white dress shirt and blue jeans. She looked pretty decent and clean and looked like one of these college girls out for drinks.

Try El Paso, TX. It's hot, dry, windy and rather unattractive. That's the weather and landscape. I'm formerly from Gold Coast Chicago and have found the women scene, however, to be extraordinary. The gentemen's clubs in EP are delightful. $10-20 per lap dance that includes everything from full touch to very nice BJ's. If the gal likes you, you'll find her doing it without a condom. about increasing the ranks of coalminers/nurses/ironworkers,
respectively.
Despite the obvious differences in culture and language, the
solution was the same: a dramatic increase in salary
increases the available pool of talent. In the same way,
only by sharply increasing what we will pay for SWs will
we elevate beyond the current pool of desperodoes (sp?).
Case in point: last week I met a sweet young girl
(Maria? but she was white) on Roosevelt and Elmwood
at Berwyn gas station. Drove around to an alley
(reminds me of the layout of dachaus in Warsaw!)

Further more I believe you are incorrect in saying that Friedman equates higher wages with a more productive and expanding work force. Friedman may have acknowledged a short-term growth in productivity and quality with increased wages, but that gain would soon evaporate once the new wages were thought of as commonplace in the work force. I suppose it all comes down to that little four-letter word, "greed"!

I agree with Lady and BigTimeLoser. Pushing up the price only makes it worse on all of us other guys,
Lady is correct in that this is a lot different from the Soviet Union. Whereby the proliferation of new workers into a specific industry may be directly influenced by the wages available, social and environmental issues also play a huge part in driving an industry, specifically in this case, the street walking trade.
BTL is correct that most girls get into this through desperation or through friends who are already in the profession. Again, most have tried and failed to raise the money they need, for whatever reason, and turn to streetwalking as a last resort.
Our society does not allow for an easy transition into and out of this type of service. It is too dangerous for fringe workers to enter for some easy money, especially on a consistent basis.
At best, while a huge jump in the prices paid for services may attract a few fringe newcomers in the beginning, once the demand starts to drop due to the higher prices, these new faces and others will drop out to seek better, safer, and more socially acceptable cash opportunities elsewhere.
Basically said, an increase in price will not provide, or support, a requisite increase in SW quality.
Enough of that.

However, I think you are confusing two markets. Lady is right on when she says that many streetwalkers are out on the stroll for very specific amounts of money for very specific needs. In contrast, escorts are already a higher priced alternative for women who are not willing to stroll, and are not willing to perform sex acts for $20. I suspect that the housewives and co-eds you expect to tempt into sex for money will *not* end up (as housewives and co-eds) on North, or by Midway, but rather on eros or rs2k. In other words, the market has already worked, and the Lithuanian coalminers in this situation and $500/hr hookers on eros, not streetwalkers in a bad neighborhood.
Nevertheless, good luck in your experiment. The true test will be if you spend all of your money on Armitage or the southwest side, and entice otherwise law-abiding locals into sex. Paying a River Forest housewife $500 for fs is of no benefit to anyone but her, and just proves that every individual has a price.
