It is close to the highway too. It is in a kind of industrial area without prying eyes.

Don't know if I'd quite compare to Milk though. Been there twice and they are crazy. Once to NDS. LV area has digressed recently from what I read on AMP reviews. But still good compared to my new home base in NC.
