Advice on getting a message from LE
Hi all,
While in Chicagoland, I attempted to indulge in my hobby but nothing came up of it. Two weeks later I just received a text from Cook County LE advising me that solicitation is a crime and that I could be in trouble. It further stated they would look into the matter further. Do I need to be concerned?

I saw an ad showing Abbey in Montrose. Curiosity was getting the better of me, so I texted. She responded a half hour later asking me to send her a link of the ad I found. I told her it was the latest one on STG. She came back with, "That does not help and not what I asked. " I apologized and agreed it was not what she asked. When I looked on STG to find it, there was a brand new one posted a couple of minutes before. I sent that link and asked if she wanted me to send the earlier one too—since that was also 'not what she asked.' She then thanked me and apologized—saying she was freaking out because she couldn't see her ads. She said she would see me because I was genuine and went the extra mile—I guess for sending the link. I said it would take me about a half hour.
So, I'm in my car and get a call from her. She's saying she's talked to me before and that I'm a prankster. I'm like, what the fuck, and tell her, not at all. I say that I just got in my car and am about to leave. She wanted me to send the GPS from my car. I told her I have no idea how to do that. Then she tells me she will meet me at a motel near hers. I'm like, what? She again says I'm a prankster and wasting her time. I said, if I show up, I'm not a prankster and she agreed. But then said to never mind and hung up. She texted that she won't see me.
Someone that unbalanced, I want nothing to do with. Who knows what she's going to do during a visit? How flipped out does she get? How flipped out could she get?

I texted simply stating I had no idea where Montrose Rd. In Medina is; as that is what the location in the as says. I get a text back that she moved the location to her home. I texted back that I still had no idea where Montrose Rd. Is. She texted back the address (not on a Montrose Rd.) in Medina. Just threw it right out there. I texted back, "Wow. You just throw that out there. " I got back a simple, Yes. Didn't feel right, at all.
I texted, "Why do I get the feeling you are just pranking? LOL" (Ironic, considering my earlier post.) No answer. I then text, "Ahh ha ha ha. That is it. Wow. You must be pissed at her. ".
I got the feeling it was one of those where arrangements to meet are made and the address given and when the client gets there—oops--somebody was either pulling a prank or trying to get back at someone. Just thought I'd give a heads up from the experience I had.

That's what built the curiosity in the first place. In all actuality, my lower head wasn't even in the decision process. I really wasn't in the mood, but she was close by. Which fit the situation just fine. I wasn't out to spend a dime to partake. I was looking for the entertainment value and to answer a few questions I had. The rate she was posting fit right in. No matter what happened, I wasn't losing anything. She couldn't steal something I was giving away in the first place. And I wasn't going to walk in and just hand over the money, either. As to the crazy question—the text and phone conversations sealed that. There were always conflicting explanations as to why she was called crazy. Not anymore. The way she was acting on the phone was a paranoid kind of flipped-out crazy.
She has also been very apologetic in her ads. Bending over backwards, so-to-say, as it appeared in the ads. There were questions raised in this forum as to the legitimacy of either side as to the recent episode. So—I didn't get the answer to the thieving part, but I did get the answer to the crazy part. It's not just a quirky kind of gabby-chatty crazy.
